Again an offensive jutso's job is to cause harm to the opponent, not to disarm it's defenses.

by that logic no one would need an offensive jutsu, since most people can be killed by a kunai.
you need a powerful offense to break a powerful defense.
If all that you consider wrong is the bold part, that's admitting that your previous logic was invalid, thus making the bold part ultimately right.
