He doesn't need anything else, as long as he can place a mark on his target. And as he has KCM he can simply send a clone to pierce Susano'O with Kyuubi chakra hands.

Either assuming he can't. There are 3 Susano'O users on the series. It's not a relevant universe, especially when you consider that one of them was already excluded from my comparison because he has Devapath + is an Edo while the other two would be chakra depleted before Minato emptied his half Kyuubi supply. So this Susano'O issue is really a no issue.

As for if Minato should get a new power up on the form of a stronger offense jutso to amuse his fans... I can not tell as I'm not one of the so called fans. All I can attest is that he doesn't need it.
