so we don't have the right to know :| , why are we reading ?

we already gave you the two examples but ur personal opinion blinds you from the the second example.

Its like saying "even though naruto lost to sasuke at vote sine i don't consider it a loss naruto didn't lose"
Get it?

again does that count as saving ?

he was talking about the future then.. When she guarded him from the spike Obito through at him..
which made Neji want to shield both of them from it. If only HInata was blocking for Naurto , the spikes would have surely went through both of them and they both would have died..

Neji noticed this, and he himself decided to be the sacrifice and die doing his duty to protect Lady Hinata and also the secret weapon of the Leaf Village, Naruto uzumaki.. (kurama)

Also so he could finally be free like a bird and be with his father.. Its like Itachi saving the village from Uchiha rebellion which never happened. naruto eyes were better than Neji's (according to him) and Neji has the best eyes in the Hyuga clan & leaf at that time so since the byakugan / sharingan are *connected* and the sharingan can read movements & see somewhat a split second into the future, Naruto with Kurama could see THAT moment happen.(Neji's death)

In a way it forced those actions to take place.. Neji's father dying for Hinata's father. Neji being rude to Hinata. Naruto wanting to fight for Hinata. Neji losing to Naurto (kurama) Neji opening his eyes wider to destiny being circumstance. Hinata wanting to die protecting Naruto. Neji wanting to be free. SOLVED. *_*

my personal opinion blinds me ..............

well,

all i know that " the chunin exam situation " was just an assumption for the second time made by a fan so it's natural for me not to be convinced ( simply not a manga fact )

and you are clinging to that opinion firmly although it's just an assumption ,

am i really the one blinded with her opinion ?:snick:

because it was never mentioned :yayy::yayy:

Its the only other save there is in canon...And if naruto counted that(which he did),do you expect him to say "Am pretty lame considering that you talked me out of my fear before facing neji during the chuunin exam and saving me against pain"?:bouncy:

He just summarized em dattebayo:yayy:

Regardless of whether u think they're assumptions or not there is 2 (now 3 thanks to foxyladyland) situations where hinata helps naruto, Naruto considers 2 of them her saving him. That much is indisputable whether or not u consider it saving.

and about naruto i think it's more suitable for him to say once not twice , just to look more precise

it's sure disputable because they are just opinions , and as long as it's not said directly i have the right to argue about it

just admit that u wondered the same when u first read it in the manga

the reason its not disputable is because NARUTO SAID IT not us as readers inferring.
One of those instances is when pain attacked the village
The other instance can be before naruto's fight with neji, or after his fight with kiba. Heck it doesn't even have to be those two situations because in naruto's eyes hinata saved him twice.

i'm not denying hinata's encouragement and not underestimating what she does for naruto

but i really noticed that when i watched the anime and i was like " what's the second time ?"

can't we all agree it was a mysterious sentence , what makes us sure about the chunin exam too , it's just our assumptions that we aren't sure about , the sentence left us in the air

i guarantee all of u begin to say the chunin exam after searching into the manga time after time which leads again to weak sentence said incorrectly U_U

Nah, it was clear as day. You're looking far too into it.

so u didn't find it strange when u first read it ? :|

I did...but when i thought about it, my thoughts went to the "proud failure" speech....And as we can both see, i aint the only one who thought that.....but nice thread tho' Lol

We will have to wait and see if its further expanded on but you still don't get it do you? Yes Hinata encouraged him but that encouragment saved Naruto from possibly losing the match giving up and losing his way of the ninja.. again refer to KGB Kakuzu's post
"naruto was walking towards that stadium completely defeated. He clearly was head low and feeling like he was about to get pimp slapped. Hinata then told Naruto how she thinks he's strong with her proud failure and then he was back to the Number One Knucklehead Ninja we know.

Had she not "saved" him from his craptacular outlook...Neji would have roflstomped"

Not only that but if Naruto said Hinata saved him twice how can you the reader discredit what he said? The only other logical save is the one mentioned above unless shown otherwise with some other save we haven't seen that will be shown in flashback.

clear as day can't u just admit it was confusing when u read it ?

It wasn't, you're the only one who is making such a big deal out of this.

Now people have answered your question, but you simply don't want to accept it and think of it as a plot hole.

Like I said, you're over thinking it, it's as clear as day.
