I'm surprised that Naruto never turned evil or try to do something bad for Leaf Village, the villagers treated him like garbage every day, no one ever spoke to him and always avoided him but he kept strong mind, I wonder who was the person who motivated him to be that strong, taking all that hatred everyday for like more than 10 years.

I really respect his character, he can be dumb most of the times but he is unique in my eyes

But yeah, before he met iruka, he was always alone.

Who was the person who motivated him ?

As pointed out, Naruto saw Sasuke as a kindred spirit. However, beyond that, Naruto is just naturally that forgiving and accepting a person. He always flight for recognition where others in his position (Sasuke/Gaara) chose to isolate themselves. And once he found his recognition, he in turn made every effort to extend that same understanding to everyone. Iruka changed Naruto's life, and Naruto understands just how badly people need that compassion. The difference is he had the drive to seek that compassion from tge start, and was finally rewarded for his efforts.

All Naruto wanted was to be acknowledge by the Villagers. At first He tried pranks jut to have people call Him by Name and not by what He carried inside Him.
