3.you dont need the byakugan to obtain it and it makes no sense for an hyuuga to unlock the eyes of the UCHIHA ancestor(for hinata fans).

4.sasuke will need those eyes to battle naruto in their last fight and that's why kishi put those eyes in the chapter 462(otherwise why would he mention them if he was not going to show them in the future).

5.madara should had unlocked the elder son eyes and not the rikudou eyes and that happened because he had SENJU DNA.

6.EMS didnt exist until the uchiha sealed their own eyes.

The contents in here related to Sasuke specifically could be used as added support to your claim of Sasuke awakening the eyes. Due note this thread is rather out-dated so there are parts in it that are somewhat flawed....however the theoretics about Sasuke evolving his eyes as well as the theoretical eye lore still maintains theoretical probability.

Though you personally would probably prefer to wade past the Hyuga related parts .

For those who don't like Thread Hopping....I put the information that would support the idea of Sasuke Getting the Elder-Son Dojutsu in the spoiler below....Mostly the below is more theoretical and symbolic as opposed to playing off of Kishi's display of Sasuke's eyes.

First off all the Sage had the Rinnegan

The Sage then defeated and absorbed the Juubi, and after this he had the Elder Son and Younger Son. At first, the Elder Son's eyes were simply the typical White/Purple Dojutsu.

However, the Juubi's corrupt chakra/influence was secretly burried deep within the Elder Son (simply repressed). Tobirama has said that the power and awakening of the Sharingan's forms comes from love that corrupts into deep hatred. Now obviously this had to come from something. What better place to come from than that of their ancester: The Elder Son.

Upon the Sage Of Six Paths' Death, the Younger Son was chosen to succeed. The combination of his beloved father's death, and not being chosen to succeed his father (as this must have made him feel like a failure to his father) drove his love into hate. The Juubi's corrupted influence then changed the Elder Son's Dojutsu: replacing the pure White/Lavender color into the standard Sharingan Red *Note the Red coloration of the Elder Son's Eyes (on the right)*

Upon the Elder Son's eyes taking in the Juubi's corruption. He may have, in addition to his previous abilities, gained the powers of the Uchiha (Susanoo, Amaterasu, and Tsukiyomi).

As we noted throughout part II, Sasuke has gone through a loss of love and descent into hatred....but lately has come back into acting on the principles of love...such as sparing Konoha out of love for his brother. As a result...its possible that the final bridge needed to return to at least the Red Corrupted version of the Elder Son Dojutsu is the re-acceptance of love....which Sasuke has been currently doing....and this may also explain the odd drawings of Sasuke's eyes the Thread OP has beend making note of.


With all the power Naruto has ammased...Sasuke has been left hanging back, and POSSIBLY in need of a power up (naturally we haven't seen the full power of EMS...so he may not even need it...especially if he has Perfect Susanoo).

Sasuke is a man of Pride...just look how far he's gone for his clan. Naturally this means he'd never take another's DNA for his own advance...no way would he dilute his Uchiha blood. So the next best thing is to advance the EMS Sharingan to a whole New level: Elder Son's Courrupted Eyes.

With the new eyes he would 1) Be surpassing Madara which works with the "Old Generation getting surpassed" theme that's recently been getting hit down upon, and 2) Gives Sasuke a more noticeable balance in skill with Naruto's amased Raw power.


Just some more theoretical/symbolic support as opposed to manga eye support.
