This want answer your question but itachi is more bad ass than the 1st hokage's warm up partner because ,,,,he practically ended a great deal of the war, he toyed with his little brother and nearly made him if not one of the most over powered characters in anime history. Carried the burden of his corrupt clan which madara destroyed and didn't even ask for a thank u,,,,i mean if u ask me the guy hasn't tried and he still wins,,, the 1st hokage's warm up partner is a female whose period last waaaaay to long, I mean god sake he dies and comes back to life uncontrolled, free willed and he still *****ing about some that happened hundered of years ago,,,get over it warm up partner

I am a Neiji fan,, Madara and Itachi are both badass.. However you need to look at the reality Itachi was really a "good" guy whereas Madara isn't. Now we all know that Madara is hyped for the big battle to ensue betweem him and hashi, but please IF Itachi was a "bad" badass then the story arc between him, Kabuto and ET would have panned out differently..

They are both badass, except Madara is probably a little more since he is the real deal, a pure villain. Whereas Itachi was apparently pretending to be the "bad guy" and was REALLY a good guy. O_O Either way, Itachi was only this powerful because of Shisui. I think we can all agree with the fact that, if it wasn't for Shisui, Itachi would not be as strong as he is now and would be living for the purpose of becoming another Madara. :scorps:

Itachi wasn't alive to get the same contract seal to undo edo tensei, so he used his skills to genjustu control the edo tensei user.

Kabuto said it was the only way to stop him when Obito wanted to be the one in control.

The thread maker seems to be forgetting that if it wasn't for Itachi putting Kabuto in genjutsu, Madara wouldn't have even gotten the opportunity to break out ET Lol so he's badass because of Itachi?
