^^this thread is actually good and explaibs why Naruto can't "blitz".
Simply put:
-His speed is new to him and he can not adapt that speed into his fighting style now; having a tool and using that tool effectively are different things.

I believe because the speed blitz is Kurama power.Kurama probably resting/restoring chakra lost.Naruto cannot use Kurama power will unless Kurama GIVE him it again
