Why Naruto did not SPEED BLITZ Juubito ??Naruto speed overrated

People /Narutards alway say Naruto will speed blitz all Ninja attack or defense,but current chapter shown Naruto cannot speed blitz Juubito attacks.Raikages was moving face but Naruto dodge him because Raikage use V1 mode not V2 mode..Naruto still need alot of work to be on sasuke level.Naruto cannot even defend himself,he need neji,killerbee,kakashi,Gai and shinobi alliance 24/7 to beat powerful oponent. .
