Most lucky to have hokage

This is not strength ranking, its more like adversity ranking, and when it comes to village problem, here's the list

5- tobirama- dude dint really have much of a problem during his tenure, atleast none we know of

4- hashi- hashi's reign as hokage was quite peaceful, only problem he had was madara

3-minato- real shit happened during his tenure, i mean the single most fatal attack happened when he was hokage, this even lead to extreme measures, sacrificing himself and all

2- hiruzen- hiruzen is placed above these guys because, he experienced the most wars, and had to deal with orochimaro, who had the back up of soilders from two villages

1- tsunade- all the attacks above pales in comparism to the pain attack, during tsunade's reign, there is no single hokage mentioned above that would have stopped the mass slaughter st was meant to cause, which makes her konoha's biggest saviour

When ranking hokages dont count the slug princess out, just because she's the weakest, combat wise

Not bad list. I agree with Tobirama at the top because he KNEW that the Uchiha's were a threat and they are. I'd take Minato over Hashirama IMO because he just seems like a better Hokage. Hashirama was like Naruto; blind my the friendship.

Still a bad Hokage. They all got healed and she almost got killed by one of those six paths of pain.

She is too soft. I'd take Danzo over her due to the fact that he made Sasuke on the wanted list and Tsunade didn't because Naruto said he wanted Sasuke back.

Naruto was the savior in the Pain arc.

Sure, Tsunade kept a good amount of people from dying from the initial blast, but they were f*cked without Naruto.

When Naruto talk-no-jutsu'd Pain, Pain revived all those who he had killed. If Tsunade failed at saving the few that she did, they would have been revived too.

i agree with this. but am sure that Hashi would own pain anytime.

Madara is pain w/o uzumaki characteristic. when Hashi wasnt terrified of Rinnegan madara, i dont see a reason for him to be afraid of pain.

Minato would be at a disadvantage against pein. but Toirama,Hiruzen and Hashirama would own Nagato .

Tsunade is worst hokage.
She should have sent anbu after sasuke instead she sent team genin. Danzo had sasuke name in bingo book.
She was unable stop pain from destroying villiage.
She sent jiraiya alone to hidden rain.
