Juubito's jutsu is dust release with Water comp added

Just like the title says. It seems that with regular dust release it can only be formed into a solid structure which is why when things are destroyed they are destroyed in the shape structure of the dust release itself.

With water added the user has more flexibility in shaping of the release to the point it can be shaped into whatever the user wants it to be.

I find it a bit weird it's all black and kinda seems like TBB.
either 1 of the elements it's adavanced (like amaterasu or black lightning) or can be using wind/fire/earth with the tbb manipulation/chakra.
