Oda draws inspiration from the world around him, in case you did not know. The Dressrosa architecture is based on a city in Spain.

How is that any different than the examples I posted? Thank you, take the pretentious out your mouth.
It's not, but you're stating it as if you've invented the wheel in your opening post, but it's pretty much common sense, that is what Repulse tried to say in a nice manner.

Besides you picked the worst possible examples possible and I doubt that Oda got his inspiration from there in those cases.

If you want wizard of Oz, this is wizard of Oz:

The name of the giant is Oars, stop reading badly translated chapters and don't trust funimation.

Perona putting her real body in a safe room hidden within the room where she had an intangible presence harassing and threatening Usopp is very much like The Wizard of OZ. And if you think Oda hasn't seen a movie that is shown at least once yearly for the last 35 years I don't buy it.

Bearsy chasing Usopp through the hallway of doorways is like Scooby Doo without the doors. Skip to 2:04

Again despite any feelings or opinions about Scooby Doo it is a world famous cartoon especially among the 60's 70's generation.

Krang is similar the difference being Krangs robot was not made from a corpse. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was a huge commercial success in the 80's and early 90's. An anime and Manga author(mangaka for the literalists) not being aware of a major hit in the same market, Comic and Cartoon, doubtful.

Your interpretation doesn't effect my intent. Which was to show similarities between Oda's work and other pop culture works. Oda mimicking he architecture of a city isn't really the same though it adds substance to the idea that he borrowed concepts from other works. We know he's put famous art works styles in his manga. We know he's imitated cities in his manga. Why are so many getting defensive when I point out his work shares similarities with other works of fiction.

you might not believe this but he drew the idea for pirates from the real world as well
Nah,, Pirates are a myth. Johnny Depp lied to you.

I did and your pic or whatever it was of Oz didn't load which is why I explained what aspect of Oz i found similar to the Perona fight. And that is why I didn't mention Oz/Oars again. You said you doubt Oda got his inspiration from there, I explained why it's likely he did. You didn't mention Krang so me assuming you didn't know Krang, elaborated how they were similar. You also said they were the worst examples so I provided images, if you re-watch the Perona Usopp fight, Usopp and Bearsy do a very similar routine during the chase. So exactly what part of your post didn't I read before responding? I even responded to your condescending "It's not, but you're stating it as if you've invented the wheel in your opening post" by informing you the way you interpret my words does not accurately reflect the intention of them.
You read my post as an insult to the manga while it should have been read simply as info. I never made a judgment about him doing it I simply stated he borrowed concepts for his ideas.

Are u asking the guyz from these other works to sue Oda?
The guys from these other works(except maybe TMNT) aren't even alive anymore so not in the least.
