How does he already have it???
The only reason Minato sealed some in himself is so that he could safely seal the rest into baby Naruto.
Over time Kurama has regenerated his chakra (as we have seen him do multiple times during this war).
No he doesn't have it. The yin chakra would allow him to materialize like bee does with gyuki.
I know but it isn't his pure chakra.. Remember minato sealed it as ying and yang. And why would minato say that he had a gift for naruto?

Minato used the Death Reaper to sever Kurama's other half of his chakra.
Kurama may be able to generate chakra like every other being with chakra, but it isn't as massive as before.
Kurama's chakra from being halved is now like a cup of water. A full cup of water is split into two smaller cups that have a limit of how much can be filled.
Like using Fission despite being an Edo Tensei zombie is an easier example.
Chakra can be filled back up, but the Tsuchikage couldn't use Jinton/Dust Release because the chakra usage of that technique was greater than his own because his overall chakra pool is halved because of Fission.
I understand you comparison but I don't think it applies to tailed beasts who are just a mass of sentient chakra. You're basically saying that Kurama, as a container, has been halved. But ALL his yin chakra is sealed in minato, so Kurama is no longer a container. This is getting weird. XD
Too make this easier -> Tailed beasts were never "containers" filled with chakra to begin with, they ARE chakra.
Also aren't tailed beast balls compressed yin/yang chakra? If so, he can freely manipulate/generate both yin and yang.
Aaahhh, I was just referring to your he has regenerated his chakra over time. I was just saying his maximum chakra pool is halved. He's not a container, right. He's chakra mass that's been halved. Probably the reason why Naruto has a Chakra Kurama in Bijuu Mode is the seal used to contain Kurama in Naruto. Either that or Kishi just wanted to make a homage to Dragonball.
Though, I don't recall anywhere in the manga that said Kyuubi lost his Yin chakra or anything. Most of that speculation were from Narutobase threads, which is why I refuse to say he lost his Yin. I just say he lost half his chakra because of the sealing. And if what you're saying is true about TBB's needing to manipulate black/white (yin/yang) chakra. Then it's safe to assume that Kurama's overall chakra pool just got halved. :1

Then let me put it this way: When Minato said thta he had big present for Naruto, what do expect to be? A big hug? Also, when both of them have the exact opposite marks at their seals respectively, what does it mean for you?
Minato and naruto are going to fuse like gotens and trunks lmao
Present: Sasuke being on their side. And the Hokages too I guess.
Seals: Minato has only formless chakra, Naruto has entire bijuu. Also the sealing tech Minato used could have been slightly different since he used the RDS in conjunction with it.
Lol do you really know Kishi so little? He wouldn't have put Minato saying like this if it was for something this obvious and also the fact that that Minato has formless chakra is his olny difference as you sai dand that's wy he can't enter tailed beast mode BUT that doesn't mean he doesn't have the Yin chakra
Also the seals are not just slighty different, take a look:

Now combine the two halves and tell me what you think?
He already has it.
The end.
