It's not intimidated because it has no reason to be, he's just opportunity for more power.

If it's full intent was on Naruto, then it wouldn't have attacked Sasuke towards the end of the chapter too. It saw Minato preparing to attack on the panel following in the second link you provided.

At first, he was after him because he wanted to revive the Juubi in it's full form but now things has been changed, he already revived Juubi and became it's host ... and besides that, why isn't he showing some interests in Hachibi than? He is definitely after Naruto because he feares that he could be the next Rikudou Sennin.
