Yeah, it should, because it's an ignorant thing to say. Obviously no one knows everything about a person's life. A command like that could be all it takes to finally push someone over the brink. It pisses me off that humanity has stooped to such a disgusting level, that someone would tell someone to end their life or inflict any kind of pain on themselves for that matter. It's serious and a remark such as that shouldn't be used so carelessly.
