Why Is Neji So Overrated?

I've seen people state he can best Hebi Sasuke. Like, what?

Byakugon is lame. 360 degree vision, yippe-skip. Most shinobi are already aware of their surroundings.

Air Palm is lame. Most if not all mediocre shinobi can dodge it.

64 Palms is kinda cool. Too bad it will never hit any of the mediocre characters.

Rotation is lame. It only lasts a few seconds and it can't be spammed.

All in all, Neji isn't that impressive; hell, Hyuugas in general arn't impressive.

Neji was badass in part 1. Part 2 he was okay, though I don't see how he's overrated.

Nonetheless, Neji is still decently powerful.

Neji was made a Jounin at, what, 16? That's pretty impressive. Don't look at him from a reader perspective, look at him from a Naruto world perspective and he's pretty good. Does that make sense? I don't know if it does.

I think Neji could nicely run with Hebi Sasuke.....and that's pretty impressive considering his lack of development.

But 360 degrees allows one to better comprehend one's surroundings than an individual would normally be able to.

Air Palm I'd say is actualy quite strong...with just two combined, Hiashi could one shot a Juubi Tail away from the alliance. Plus, being an extention of Jyuuken, it can likely hurt organs.....also seems somewhat large ranged meaning you'd have to anticipate the normally ranged Hyuga striking wide and far.

Rotation is quite excellent considering almost no one has a Jutsu that just constantly fires with high numbers for freaking eve *cough cough* Juubi Spikes lol *cough cough*

I'd say 64 palms is effective to those who fall into its range....could be rather difficult to deal with if one isn't fast or isn't in a position to counter act it.


Hyugas in general are more Under-developed than unimpressive IMO....considering the potential these moves have with elements....pretty scary.

Flamming Air Palms, Tornado Rotations, Electric stunning/numbing 64 palms....a tone of potential....just no development ^.^

That ABC logic doesn't work. Just because Naruto w/ Kurama's chakra defeated Neji doesn't mean Sasuke could as well.
