luffy definitely when hes in g2 hes faster and he can do long distance as weve seen when he charged at kuma and even faster now havent really seen speed feets from sanji only that one water scene

Soru>Geppo and Luffy can spam Soru yet Sanji has yet to show anything in relation to Soru. So yeah... G2>Sanji.

Short distance: Luffy is faster since in gear 2nd he just blitzes people which Sanji has never done.

Long distance/Race: Sanji definately wins. Dem legs!
