[Discussion] Who is faster?? Sanji or Luffy

I think Sanji takes this. His specialty after the time-skip is definitly speed, he was able to move as fast as a fishman underwater!

Sanji. He is the fast one of the Monster Trio, while Zoro is the physically strongest. Luffy is like that balance between the two.

I say Sanji, cuz Gear Second makes Lufy fast as in he leaps, or jumps to great distances, not making him fast.

Besides, Sanji showed amazing speed underwater, under all its pressure, so for me, easy win for Sanji.

Were they to run in laps, like let's say 2km it would definitely be Sanji. Luffy isn't a fast runner, he can just move "small" distances at a fast speed.

There are different scenarios in which Luffy is faster. Hell, even Zoro is faster in one aspect.





Sprinting:
-Luffy base<Sanji
-Luffy G2>Sanji
-Zoro>Sanji (as evident with his his Demon Slash, Draw & Sheath techs and ofc his Great Dragon Shock



Long distance:
Sanji>both of them in ever way, shape and form.










Misconceptions about Sanji:
The only reason Sanji is able to perform Blue & Sky Walk is because of his leg strength and the amount of force he put in his leg movements and not due to his speed alone.

I don't think Sanji is quicker than Luffy in Gear second, we've never actually seen him move fast enough to the point that he disappears and appears somewhere else. But in raw speed, Sanji's the fastest of the Strawhat crew.
