Minato looks upon his opponent, drawing two S/T kunai from his pouch, and throwing one, however as he draws the two he uses his chakra to turn one of the kunai in his hand completely invisible, sliding it between two fingers, making it appear that he has not got one held, and in fact had just drawn and thrown a single S/T kunai at his opponents chest.

(Katateochi Meisai Gakure no Jutsu) - Partial Camouflage Concealment Technique

Description: The user will focus their chakra into parts to their body like the camouflage concealment technique, but instead ill only turn the named body parts invisible to the naked eye. The user can also use this by placing their hand on object and releasing their chakra into it making it invisible to the naked eye. This can be very useful when used on throwing weapons or your arms in a close combat fight.

Note: Object must remain in the users grasp to remain invisible. Using wires to connect to the object won't work.
Note: Doujutsu can see through this technique.
Note: Can only make invisible something up to the size of the user.
Note: Useable 4 times.

Minato then causes earth chakra to enter the ground, causing it to shake violently knocking his opponent off his feet as the kunai advances on him.

As you launch your Kunai towards Ling, Ling would follow suit by throwing his own weapon of choice. With his right hand he would delve into his pouch, drawing forth three Kunai wrapped with explosive tags, and would toss one of them forth towards you.
However, with his left hand he would draw blood and begin to release a torrent of Stingray stingers from his mouth towards you. The barbs raging forth, the combination of the stingers and Kunai easily deflecting your own, while the Kunai would explode to completely destroy your own. Near the rear end of the torrent would traverse the last two explosively tagged Kunai that would be thrown forth into the mayhem. As the ground shaking occurs liNg would apply chakra to his feet so as to prevent himself from being shaken too erratically.

The stingers ranging from the size of small needles to that of senbon. The volley of stingers being comprised of hundreds of stingray stingers that are harder than steel while being exceptionally aerodynamic, the stingers are also serrated, meaning once they are lodged in something, they are increasingly hard to pull out. The protein toxins on the stingers force the muscles in the opponents body to tense, resulting in severe and painful cramping as the enzymes ravage the cells in the impacted area, causing them to "die". A few (ten or so) stingers are capable of incapacitating half a limb and any organs contained within the period of two turns. This can alternatively be used by a Ray, however they simply spew the volley of stingers without the need for prior movements. If used by a Kodai boss, the stingers will be the size of a shortsword.

Note:
- Can only be used once ever two turns.
- Can only be used 3x by a Human, and 2x by a Boss. Can only be used maximum of 3x per battle regardless of who the user is.
- Can only be used by a Ray or signer/owner of the Batoidea contract.

However, Ling wouldn't stop there, rather he would immediately continue, chaining together a few handseals and multiplying the thrown explosive tagged wrapped Kunai positioned at the rear end of the fleet by a hundred. Once the swarm of weapons is a safe distance from him he would detonate the explosive Kunai in sets of ten, working from the rear forwards, effectively resulting in 10 chain explosions that would both send shards flying outwards and forth, while speeding up the flight of any undetonated projectiles. Due to the positioning of the explosion occurring from behind the Stingers, all of the shrapnel would more or less be directed forwards or to the sides. With that done, Ling would continue to nonchalantly watch, waiting to see how the events shall unfold.

Minato can set the explosive tags to explode on arrival or when enemy chakra is nearby. The explosion is related to the amount of tags used and nothing else.

Using cover of the smoke Minato dashes forwards towards the explosion and the opponent, allowing the smoke from said explosion to cover his approach he swerves to the right attempting to circle his opponent and attack in short range from the rear.

As soon as Ling notices a disruption within his fleet of projectiles, and the explosion begins to commence, he would immediately transition to another technique. Spewing forth an intense barricade of water that would cushion him from the explosion, deplete the force and momentum of an shrapnel, and overall keep both he and his Ninken from harm.

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

Even as he's finishing spewing forth the water, Ling would begin to dart in an arc to his right aiming to circle inwards on your original position, while Lycoan would attempt the same, however he would instead take a leftwards route.
While running, due to having lost sight of you due to the explosion, water, and his current position, Ling would attempt to rectify his lack of vision through use of a technique. Performing two racing handseals and creating a gigantic web that would envelop the entirety of mid range around Ling. Lycoan would manage to more or less traverse through the web, being accustomed to its use, you on the other hand would likely be caught. Naturally, Ling would know the moment any object, or opposing force came in contact with the web, due to the thread attached to his chest.

Description: The user performs two handseals, manipulating the moisture in the air and ground so as to create a gigantic web made of wire thin threads comprised of water. The web envelops the area mid range around the user, being exceptionally inconspicuous due to the thin size of the threads and the translucency of the water. The threads have an exceptionally sticky like quality, as well as being rather elastic and having a solid like property. Should the opponent move, they would find themselves running into one of the threads, when they do so the vibrations of the threads movement would be sent directly back to the user, who is connected to the web via use of a single thread that attaches to the users chest. This effectively allows the user to detect the movement of any objects within the webs range of influence lest they find a way to avoid the webs entirely. This single web attached to the users chest is optional, and is not a requirement, leaving it up to the user whether he/she'd want it, as it'd be more or less useless if the user and his opponent have a clear view of each other. Also, when an object comes in contact with a thread, the web clings to them as it begins to expand and propagate, fully consuming the opponent in a sticky mass of water in an attempt to drown them or fully cease the objects movements. The user is capable of traversing through the web with ease, without being hindered. The user is also capable of removing the webs attachment from their chest, so as to prevent attacks conducting through the web and directly into them. Alternatively the user can perform an extra handseal upon the opponent being ensnared, this causes the web to abruptly snap in on the targeted object, trapping them within its wired embrace as it consumes them in an exceptionally large and exceptionally strong sticky bubble of imprisonment.

(I'm going to assume that you're coming from my left side and are attacking with your right leg.)

Ling would immediately notice you in his peripheral vision as you attempt to deliver a jump kick to his face (or wherever lol), and, with frightening grace he would take a leading step backwards with his left leg, leaning into his step and allowing your kick to sail over infront of his face. However in opposition to his bodies movements, his left hand would whip forwards, fingers pressing deep against the area just below the back of the knee, Ling aiming to strike your sciatic nerve, and releasing a diffusion of lightning chakra outwards from the balls of his fingers.
His strike however would be brief, as he attempts to strike several more times in the general vicinity, steadily moving upwards as he does so. (Mantis Fist)

In conjunction, his right hand would be raised cowering over the right side of his forehead, vision still fully maintained; and with immense force his elbow would come crashing down on your sailing ankle, while Ling's waist twists inwards towards your body, resulting in his right knee jolting upwards to sandwich your ankle between his elbow and knee.

(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method

Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.

Ling would then swiftly unfurl the left side of his body, leg spinning round so as to position his body in a perpendicular manner to yours, left side furthers away. Meanwhile Ling's right leg would come slamming down, as his elbow begins to raise from your body. However, in conjunction with this movement Ling would release his water chakra from his elbow just as his arm retreats, water spreading upwards from your ankle, consuming your entire body in a writhing sticky mass that would completely seal your movements. Of course, due to your lack of feeling in your leg, countering such a technique would prove terribly cumbersome.

Description: A simple Water jutsu which can be used in two different ways. The first way would be where the user makes contact with another being and uses his abilities his suiton chakra to manipulate the water which is released from his palms to have the same effects as the C-ranked Starch Syrup Capture Field (The sticky aspect to the jutsu). The user would simply release the water from his Palms onto whatever part of the opponents body he touches, spreading it all over the opponents body, allowing the sticky water to engulf the opponents body in the slime like substance at blazing speeds. Another way the user could 'catch' the opponent in the sticky water is by concentrating their suiton chakra at a point where the opponent may be touching them, allowing the sticky water to come out from that point rather than from just the users palms. The sticky water would have no dangerous aspects to it, however it'd have the ability to weigh the opponent down, as if a huge boulder was placed on their body, preventing them from moving properly, if at all, depending on where the slime is. The effects of this would begin from the point of the touch but proceed to spread to wherever the sticky water is spreading. Once even a tiny bit of the sticky water ('slime') is on the opponents body, the user can simply release more of his chakra into it and spread it, meaning prolonged contact is not required. Moreover, this jutsu can also in a second, different way. The second way is more defensive and allows the user to release the a burst of sticky water from his Palms, as it bursts out, the slime would take the shape of a net which would have holes just smaller than a Kunai, allowing it to trap the majority of things aimed at the opponent. The burst of Slimy water can be released from either one palm or both, however, when released from both, each burst of water would be equivalent to an A-rank jutsu. The size of the net released from both arms would be able to completely cover something twice as big as Gamakichi after time skip, whilst when released from each palm (separately), it'd cover something half that size. As a normal water jutsu, despite the sticky aspect to it, the water would still be able to be electrified by both user and/or opponent and would still be affected by the normal elemental strengths and weaknesses.

(I'm going to assume that you're coming from my left side and are attacking with your right leg.)

Ling would immediately notice you in his peripheral vision as you attempt to deliver a jump kick to his face (or wherever lol), and, with frightening grace he would take a leading step backwards with his left leg, leaning into his step and allowing your kick to sail over infront of his face. However in opposition to his bodies movements, his left hand would whip forwards, fingers pressing deep against the area just below the back of the knee, Ling aiming to strike your sciatic nerve, and releasing a diffusion of lightning chakra outwards from the balls of his fingers.
His strike however would be brief, as he attempts to strike several more times in the general vicinity, steadily moving upwards as he does so. (Mantis Fist)

In conjunction, his right hand would be raised cowering over the right side of his forehead, vision still fully maintained; and with immense force his elbow would come crashing down on your sailing ankle, while Ling's waist twists inwards towards your body, resulting in his right knee jolting upwards to sandwich your ankle between his elbow and knee.

(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method

Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.

Ling would then swiftly unfurl the left side of his body, leg spinning round so as to position his body in a perpendicular manner to yours, left side furthers away. Meanwhile Ling's right leg would come slamming down, as his elbow begins to raise from your body. However, in conjunction with this movement Ling would release his water chakra from his elbow just as his arm retreats, water spreading upwards from your ankle, consuming your entire body in a writhing sticky mass that would completely seal your movements. Of course, due to your lack of feeling in your leg, countering such a technique would prove terribly cumbersome.

The moment you disappear, Ling would be left bewildered, however it's this bewilderment that would trigger his next action. Virtually reflexively, out of surprise and a foreboding feeling of openess, Ling would release a burst of fire chakra from all over his body that would immediately be converted to blazing flames through nature transformation.
The flames would erupt outwards in all directions, protecting Ling's front, back, sides, and above and beneath him, shielding him from his feeling of off guard-ness.
Shape manipulation would quickly be applied, transforming the flames into rings as they erupt forth, during which time Ling would perform two handseals and release lightning that would coil are the flames. With a single extra handseal, all of the rings would expand outwards, erupting forth in all directions and attempting to incinerate all within their path.

(Katon/Raiton: Ho-Masubi's Raiden ) - Fire/Lightning: God of Fire's Thunder

The chakra creating dozens of threads comprised of lightning that branch outwards, coiling around the already rampant flames. The user then sends the flames forwards, the former rings breaking into large crescents which can be sent racing towards the opponent. The fire and lightning combo both incinerates and slices through anything within its path; carving a blazing path of destruction through the land. Alternatively the user can perform a single handseal, thus instead of sending the attack in a single direction, the user is cable of making the attack expand outwards up to mid range. As it does so the rings begin to spin faster and faster, to the point that the rings seemingly form a visually impregnable sphere.

Lycoan, upon seeing the initial release of the flames, would beeline away from Ling so as to reach the border of Long range, positioned to the left, at the halfway line of Ling and Minato's original positions.

Minato watches as his opponent narrowly avoids the rasengan and begins moving back, As soon as this happens and he is leaving his rock armor, Minato stops the rasengan using his bare hand to touch the rock armor unleashing a unique fuuinjutsu that forms a large invisible barrier all around his short range, this barrier completely inverts the opponents senses making him lost track of movement direction entirely.

Description; Unique to Minato, The technique releases a circular barrier in the field 5 m huge in radius from the point where the sealing formula is placed. The primary function of the barrier is to use the refraction of light and invert the target’s sense of sight, like an optical illusion. The target reacts to instinct and mess up in directions and distance, a skilled enough user might be able to react to it with the right amount of time and opportunities. The barrier can only be detected by someone outside of it or by other sensory methods capable of detecting barriers like Byakugan or Rennigen. Normally it can’t be detected until its too late. The user has to go through training to get used to the senses within the barrier.

With the seal placed Minato appears to dart left at his speeds, however he has really gone right, so when the opponent would attempt to counter he would be facing entirely in the wrong direction, Minato using the kunai still held tight in his right hand, violently severs the opponents spine with a vertical attack, although to the opponent it appears he has attacked from his front, not knowing the true attack is coming from behind.
