I enjoyed this issue.

Got to see B for more than a panel, which made me happy, and Hinata for that matter.

While Madara may have a trump card.... I wonder what that could be. Maybe body stealing? Anyhow, I agree that the alliance may have a better trump card in Kakashi. He's still in Obito's realm which could prove useful. I'm a bit curious why we didn't get a Kakashi update at all in this issue. Yes, he was wounded, and may be somewhat serious, but it really didn't look too bad.

Soo... Obito is functionally dead. Cool with me, I was sick of his whiny ass. I just knew he wouldn't be able to control the juubi in his body. Being a jinchuuriki is not that easy, especially when it's the ten tails.

Someone had mentioned that they didn't think that Kishi would cease telling tales from the Narutoverse after the series has concluded. I think they are probably correct. He has woven quite the world and mythos and I don't see him simply walking away. Though his work schedule crushes any type of life outside of this manga... so he may just be done, I dunno. If he does do another story I would really like him to go into the past i.e. pre-village ninja world, or into the future and have it be about Naruto or Sasuke's kid.

Being a Jinchuuriki is hard because it takes time to master the beast... Also, most Jinchuurikis experience instability, unconsciousness and rampage during full moon as we have seen in the case of Gaara and Shukaku, the guy before Bee and Hattsan e.t.c.
Also, Kishi showed the moon, not for the eye of the moon plan, but instead to explain Obito's Unconsciousness at the moment and why he is unstable.

I like the fact that Naruto is the only one that knows what is really going on... he is so smart now, ever since he fought Pain!!!

POSSIBILITIES:
1. I believe the Madara will join the Battle now and he will fight the current Kages again!
2. Orochimaru might jump into Juubito's body and easily become a better jinchuuriki
3. Madara can control Juubito to cast the Rinne tensei (samsara of the heavenly life) because half of him is Madara's will... just like black zetsu; but without Obito realising or feeling the pressure because he now has Juubi but without his consciousness.
4. Obito will die!!! if he isn't already. If he ever gains his consciousness back, he is going to become good and do the Rinne tensei for everyone that died during the war.
5. Naruto with Kurama, Sasuke and Kakashi are the main solutions to this war...
Naruto has Kurama and can talk to Obito now inside the Jinchuuriki subconscious area. Plus has anyone notice that Kurama has a lot of the Juubi's power e.g in the Anime against pain, Kurama was using earth style and he did a mini Tenbenchi (tornado) on pain when he was in 6 tails mode. And also, Naruto is the closest to Obito's juubi power state now, since he has some of the tailed beasts chakra and I think Minato might have to give Naruto the gift he has for him in the next 2 chapters. Bee might also have to give Naruto some of 8 tails' chakra to complete the other chakras in him, because it was only 8 tails that Naruto has not received from the picture we saw when he tried to activate the power.

Sasuke might unlock his Rennigan in the battle ground as Kishi has been granting loads of upgrades

Kakashi could do something to Obito from the other side or even gain some power as well because he is inside Obito's dimension

The next chapters will be sick!!! can't wait for Kishi's twists and turns!!=D

I think #2 is highly likely, especially since Oro's DNA is mostly Senju. Even though I don't believe he has outright stated it, being something similar to the SOSP has been his goal from the beginning. Wanting to learn all jutsus, etc.

I dont think Obito is the strongest and heres why. I think obito's original plan was to become the jincuriki, do that moon eye plan and live happily ever after lol. But what i think actually happened was because the Juubi's chakra was an unstable mess in the first place, its not necessarily controllable. I believe what happened was the juubi is using Obito as a medium and therefore gained some sort of consciousness and intellect. If i were to compare it to anything else, it would be like that movie "the fly" where the fly was transforming into a human being, could analyze whatever situation it was in but could only react like an insect.

I think the juubi is just reacting like an insect obitos case and obito cant make any conscious decision to do otherwise. Using obito as a medium, it can break seals and do all types of techniques but for the most part, it cannot reason like a human being. This means obito cant be the strongest because he himself is only a puppet. He has no power over it. Then again I could be wrong and if he does have power over it, he is the strongest in the NV

I get the exact same impression. I also believe that yes, Obito's body/mind is being used by the Juubi, and some aspects of Obito may be there... but overall, the dude is dead.

I hope for it every week. I still won't watch/read the end of his fight with Pain. I can't bear to watch the moment of his demise. I'd like to think that he was saved by one of the toads and has been recovering since... even though I highly doubt that to be the case.

I thought this chapter was ehh. didnt really move the story fwd much just shows that obito is gone and the 10 tails has control.

I have been rereading the manga due to being bord. Its really been making me miss the old chapters, when a weaker character could win with pure will and hard work.. everyone is way to OP. The feats that made kakashi look great vs zabuza would be trivial and genin/chunin level now. back when shuriken and taijutsu meant more that one giant power move.

ehh maybe its just me, but I want to see the tatical fights again.

The only one who can beat this thing ( i don't know what to call it , obito or juubi or jubito ) is KAKASHI !!!
I think the only way is a logical way , not just some power up B.S for naruto or Trump card for Madara ! the only way is to get rid of obito's sharingan somehow ( with a good performed attack ) and then Kakashi should send him to another dimension with his kamui !! Only then obito can not come back from that dimension and he will stuck there for ever !!

Firstly, I am really glad Hinata is back. Her little teamworki-sh moment with Sakura was really nice and clearly shows that neither hates each other nor that Sakura is jealous of her. And, as a huge Hyuuga fanboy, the fact that Hiashi shows up was a pretty sweet deal too.

At first when Obito was absorbing the Juubi I assumed his SHaringan would become a Super-Sharingan, hence why his eye was blocked by those feather-thingies. I actually assumed he used Izanagi to escape that, but it seems I was wrong.


I'm glad we got to see the Byakugan in action, even if minor. Also, anyone notice how Sakura & Sasuke completed each others' sentences? That's kinda cute.

Obito's design is weird. He looks kinda like a Kabuto-esque person with wings-like extensions as his 10 tails.

The conversation between Naruto & Sasuke was really nice too, it's been a while since they really talked. But seriously, Sasuke looks so weird on page 11, final panel.

That small panel of Gai and Lee really bothered me....I really hate how Kishi is giving so much panel time to Gai yet refuses to focus on Lee.

Obito breaking out of Hashirama's seal, the Red suns' seal as well as owning the clones of the Senju bros. was pure awesome. Obito is truly becoming a great villain. I used to have my doubts tbh but not anymore

That panel of the moon.....I seriously thinks that foreshadows something terrible about to happen, especially when Hashirama's words "We don't know what he's planning!" are put into consideration

I don't think Obito has lost his mind completely, going by the whole "O...bi....to?" Thing. I mean it seems POSSIBLE he could have, but I had my doubts that Madara would kill him, and I have my doubts now. I think there's a 50-60% chance Obito lost his mind.

Hashirama admitting he was inferior to Obito must have gotten the Hashi fanboys real pissed XD

And FINALLY Madara Uchiha gets off his lazy ass. Which means shit just got real(er). His trump card, hm? Wonder what that could be.... the only possibility I can think of is possibly manipulating him with the Rennigan.

Also, I was really wondering how the Alliance would end up fighting Obito last chapter, because when you looked at that final panel, Obito looked to be the same size as the Juubi, but in this chapter he was regular human-sized...
