And Jiraiya is weak against genjutsus... but still he is a Sannin.

Either way, if Jiraya manages to enter sage mode, and if he has a jutsu that can damage or destroy itachi's susanoo, maybe he can win. Jiraya can also hold back until itachi's susanoo is down(lack of stamina/chakra). But due to itachi's arsenal, I think he takes this with very high dif.

The only way itachi is winning this fight is through amatersu and especially susanoo (he has no counter whatsoever).

Tsukyomi is a bit risky, but if timed right......he can beat him with that too.

My guess is in the timeskip period itachi improved his sharingan and became much stronger than he were in pre timeskip. He also never used susanoo in pretimeskip, maybe he learned that during timeskip. I would say itachi mid diff

Itachi had Ama, Susanoo and Tsukuyomi since he was 13.
