Oro has those abilities now though he can do the things that Kabuto could not due to the fact that he was in Kabuto during those times so that means Oro has surpassed Kabuto... Plus Kabuto depends on other peoples skills to win a fight Oro doesn't and Oro is a good tactician...

Sakura learn healing from Tsunade.
Sasuke learn summoning from oro.

Itachi can't kill Kabuto if he tried due to near instant regeneration and having counters to all of his techniques aside for Izanami

I'll say this again... Even though Kabuto integrated Orochimaru's DNA with his own, he still had to train damn hard to achieve sage mode. Do you think DSM came automatically after Kabuto integrated Oro's DNA? You've got to have the potential, power and ability to become a sage, you can't just click your fingers and BOOM you're a sage.

Orochimaru tried but failed to become a sage and didn't Kabuto say himself at least 3 times that he surpassed Orochimaru? Obviously now Orochimaru could beat Kabuto down like crazy but Kabuto did surpass Orochimaru...

firstly kabuto hasn't died yet.
oro was dead or sealed a multiple times.
plus itachi had 2 take out one of his best jutsu 2 freeze him 2 death,which i guess itachi would never do if he was alive.

I think Kabuto had surpassed Oro when he had his DNA and because of DSM. I don't think he can beat Oro even with DSM without Oro's DNA. Oro has his arms back, knows more jutsu, is more intelligent and has more battle experience than Kabuto. Kabuto is a little too cocky at the moment and believes he can't be beat. That in itself is a weakness in battle, it makes you sloppy and careless.

Even though Oro trained Kabuto and took him under his wing I don't believe he divulged all of his secrets or all of his knowledge to him. Oro was never that trusting. I think DSM would make the battle between them interesting but I think Oro would prevail.

I say that because throughout the whole fight the only original jutsu Kabuto used was Dragon Sage mode all of the rest of his attacks were borrowed from all those people whose DNA he acquired and Kabuto never once even tried to make his own jutsu from those he just used borrowed techniques... And there is also a difference between being TAUGHT a jutsu and using other peoples DNA to use their jutsu...
