I say that because throughout the whole fight the only original jutsu Kabuto used was Dragon Sage mode all of the rest of his attacks were borrowed from all those people whose DNA he acquired and Kabuto never once even tried to make his own jutsu from those he just used borrowed techniques... And there is also a difference between being TAUGHT a jutsu and using other peoples DNA to use their jutsu...
