Kabuto already did the ritual to use his Edo Tensei. It is not something that needs to be done over and over.
If thats how summoning jutsu worked then Naruto would have to re-do his contract with his toads every time he wanted to use them same goes for Jiraiya,Hanzo,Danzo etc etc.
