Kabuto is the obvious strongest here people c'mon what one person takes on all of these shinobi? Ehom Kabuto can summon at the clap of his hands.
Edo tensei is a Ninjutsu, Kinjutsu, Reincarnation Ninjutsu, Space–Time Ninjutsu Summoning so its completely fair in 1v1 scenario's.
