I start by gathering a large amount of suiton chakra in my lungs, making sure I keep gathering the chakra until it turns to water. Then I spit out the sution chakra at the area around us, while doing that I add more and more suiton chakra. Then doing I covert the water into a large ball, by using shape manipulation. As it is travelling towards the area, I make it rotate, once the ball reaches, it soaks the whole area.
