Kurenai VS Konan

Hmm.....i think I'd have to go with Konan. We don't really know that much about either of them, so I'd say Konan simply because she's part of Akatsuki. She's gotta have some sort of awesome-ness we havn't seen yet, and I just don't think Kurenai is up to Akatsuki level.
But....if it's just going by what we have seen so far, and assuming they're no better than what we've seen, I'd go with Kurenai. Because she does do quite well with Genjutsu and I'm not sure Konan could effectively counter Jounin level Genjutsu.
I agree with you. It was a hard choice for me, but I think that Konan would win because she's an Akatsuki member (better yet, used to be), just like you said. Not everyone can keep up with an opponent of that level. That's why my vote goes to Konan.

I won't vote in the poll because like I said, I'm really not sure. We havn't seen enough of either of them to really decide.
If theres nothing more to Konan then what we've seen and she was only part of Akatsuki because she was Nagato's friend....then she'd be pwnd.......
But if there is more to her, then she'd probably win......
