Chapter 647: You are my friend
*Sasuke closes his eyes as Naruto brings down the Kusanagi blade*
Sasuke(thinking): Damnit…this is it! *Keeps his eyes closed until a drop of blood falls on his forehead* What the hell? *Opens his eyes to see his own sword centimeters atop his head, Naruto`s blood driping from it as the boy knells on top of Sasuke*
Naruto: *Smiles as he cries* Guess I couldn’t do it… Oh, well…*Gets up and throws the sword aside as he walks away*
Sasuke: WAIT!*Naruto stops for a moment* Why…why didn’t you kill me? Don’t give me the “I couldn’t pull myself to do it” excuse! I want the truth!
Naruto:…
Sasuke: Answer me*Slowly gets up, but falls to his knees as he is still to weak to stand up himself*
Naruto: I didn’t kill you for the same reason I didn’t go full strength last time…
Sasuke (thinking): He what?!
Naruto: Yep, that’s right, I could have defeated you last time, but I hesitated, I thought that If I poured Kurama`s chakra on my Rasengan you wouldn’t survive, why did you think the Rasengan was blue? Same thing happened in the begging of this battle, remember?
Sasuke(thinking): That double Rasengan attack…?
Naruto: Its because you`re my friend, Sasuke…and it dosent matter what you`ve become or what you`ll do, I`ll always see you as a friend! *Looks at Sasuke with a smile on his face*
Sasuke(thinking): Those words…
(Flashback)
*An Edo Tensei`d Itachi, who is slowly fading away pokes Sasuke`s forehead in a playfull way*
Itachi: You never have to forgive me... No matter what happens to you from here on out. I will always love you.
(Flashback ends)
Naruto: Now..*Looks at the sunrise* I have things to do and people to fight, I`ve got to get back to the battlefield. See ya Sasuke! *Leafs start to dance around Naruto and In some seconds he`s gone, leaving a stunned Sasuke behind*
*Moments later Taka arrives near Sasuke*
Suigetsu: Sasuke, are you ok? That fight you just had seemed pretty wild…
Sasuke:…Karin…heal me…
Karin: Im not letting you bite my arm!
Sasuke: I said heal me, I don’t care if you want or not, a lot`s on stake here!
Juugo(thinking): “A lot`s on stake”? I don’t know what happened back there with Naruto but he couldn’t be thinking of joining the war, could he?
*Sasuke bites Karin`s arm, ignoring her complains*
Karin: Ouch! You bastard!!
Juugo: I hope you know what you`re doing Sasuke….

*Sarutobi and Madara are clashing as Minato and Hashirama try to take care of the Juubi*
Madara: Too slow! *Lands a punch on Sarutobi`s guts and pierces him with the Kusanagi* Kusanagi! Seal! *Seal marks cover the sword`s blade until it reaches Sarutobi and as the marks run through his body he slowly disappears*
Sarutobi: King Enma…I couldn’t avenge you…I’m so sorry…
Madara: Shut it, old man…you`ll apologize to your pet in person soon enough…*Pulls the sword out of Sarutobi and jumps back before igniting his body with Amaterasu*
Minato: Lord third!!
Hashirama: Damnit! We`re losing manpower!
*Both Hokage land far away from the Juubi*
Hashirama: Now its only us two, Minato!
Minato: Yeah…
Madara: *Lands near the two* I don’t think so, Shadow Clone Jutsu! * A clone appears and dashes against Minato with the Sword of Kusanagi in hand as the other Madara goes after Hashirama *
Minato: If that’s how it is…*Teleports a FTG kunai to his hand*Ok, lets dance then… *Both clash several times before engaging in a deadly dance with blows dodged and blocked but never received, both give their backs at each other before turning and clashing kunai and sword one last time as both are pushed back*
Madara Clone: *Makes the horse handseal* Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation! *Spits a wave made of fire towards Minato, who simply throws his kunai skyward and teleports as the fire wave is about to hit*
Minato: Easy dodge…
Madara Clone: Do not underestimate me! *Makes a series of handseals* Water style: Water Dragon Jutsu! *A water dragon dashes out of the ground and against Minato, but he simply throws his kunai towards the dragon and makes three handseals before teleporting to the kunai*
Minato: Wind Style: Air Armor *The air armor surrounds him and protects him from the Water Dragon*
Madara Clone(thinking): Sh*t! *Jumps away as Minato hits the ground, breaking his wind armor and cracking the ground around him*
Minato: Not done!*Throws his kunai against Madara, who dodges it but Minato teleports behind him before making two Rasengan, one on each hand* Time Space: Rasengan Barrage! *Madara blocks the attack with his sword and tries a kick at Minato, who ducks in time but is hit by Madara`s elbow before being punched back, Madara then sends him flying with Almighty Push*
Madara Clone: Universal Pull! *Pulls Minato back again before forming a Susanoo, readying with his swords to slash Minato in half* Ran out of tricks, huh?
Minato: *Slightly smiles as he summons a kunai to his hand and teleports right behind Madara* You seriously think so?
Madara Clone (thinking) Damnit! How did he do it…
Minato: Here`s a trump card…* His kunai starts shinning in a yellow light* Flying Thunder God Slash!*Cuts the clone in half, also cutting In half a nearby rock*
Minato(thinking): Now that that`s taken care of…* Teleports himself to a kunai closer to the Juubi* onto the bigger fish.*The Juubi roars, clearly not a fan of the 4th Hokage, Minato jumps high in the air as the Juubi launches a series of wood spikes at the fourth, in response he launches his own kunai and uses the Shadow Shuriken Jutsu to multiply it as he teleports through the spikes* Now to end this… *Starts making the handseals to the Reaper Death Seal*
???: I won’t let you do that…* Minato turns just in time to block a punch from Obito but still takes a kick to the chest and is thrown back on the Juubi`s head*
Minato: Obito…
Obito: *Lands not far away from Minato with the same clothes and still without an arm but another Sharingan instead of a Rinnegan * I had to change eyes… sorry for the delay…
Minato: If I have to kill you don’t think I’ll hesitate, Obito…
Obito: *Laughs* You act like you are the best, sensei….but that`s not true then, is it….all I have to do to prevent your win is stopping you from using that sealing jutsu of yours and then taking the Juubi as its Jinchuriki…and I know the Edo Tensei`s weakness, sensei…i will stop you and my plans will succeed
Minato:…I wont let you
Obito: You will try not to…
*Both dash at each other as the student vs master battle restarts*

*Hashirama and Madara are still fighting as Madara`s Kusanagi and Hashirama`s woood sword clash*
Hashirama: Tell me Madara…there is something troubling me for some time now…
Madara: Tell me Hashirama, its not like i`d deny an old friend`s question…
Hashirama: What is it….Your true plan…
Madara: *Smirks* SO you realized…
Hashirama: That boy, Obito…he`s just a pawn to you right?
Madara:…Ok, if you wish so…*They push each other back* I`ll tell you then…
Extra Note: Obito`s back! I like him, in my fanfiction he`s a lot coller than in the real manga...well...in my opinion at least.
