People draw conclusions too early. Kishi might have made the similarities Danzo has to Tobi etc on purpose to misguide us from who he really is... It's not even made certain he's an Uchiha, he could have gained the eye by other means.

After all the complaints about Naruto using shadow clones, is he getting reader feedback? Just make 1,000 clones, and do an art class with Sai.

Also if Danzou has a Sharingan, I'm going to accept the possibility (though I believe it false) that he may be Madara. I have a feeling he is someone else though. We know his eye was patch way back when he betrayed Nagato, and his arm was fine then.
