I think we haven't seen all of his EMS powers ,but I don't think he is boring...The way he worked with Aoda,I loved it...And that combo with Naruto..

I see your point of view I used to feel that way but if you pay close attention he has been merging that old Hebi Sasuke style that people tend to highlight with his new powers and he always uses chidori in his fights. Fireball jutsu is the only one not being used that often and that's because its becoming obsolete.
