How many times has he brought the world closer to war? oh yes countless times.

Hell as the commander in chief of the army.. I sure in hell didn't see any "leader" quality from him.

Was it just me or were some you pissed off to , when he was talking like he was the boss at the Gokage summit. My reaction was like (Dude stfu, everything they had to do was cause of your retarded power maniac way.)

Personally i think Hiruzen is the worse Kage. During his reign, he only made bad decisions that led to worse things like this war(something he self admitted). Uchiha clan was eliminated when there could have been another solution, even important members from Hyuga clan were given to Kumo that easily when they were the one who tried to attack and kidnap Hinata in the first place. What kind of Hokage do something like this?

The fifth Mizukage in my opinion. Her strategy out of the current Kage was the weakest. Especially when it came to fighting Madara. He even had to call her out on it for using her strongest attacks first with little to no strategy. She hasn't lived up to legacy and power of the Mizukages who preceded her. If anything, she is more fanservice than actual skill. However, I can't completely fault her on that. Besides, Kishimoto has stated that he wasn't great with female characterisation.

Ay wrecks Mei and Hiruzen. Hiruzen has shown zero feats that would allow him to defeat Ay. I said wrecks because Mei is not suited for fighting someone like Ay and Hiruzen is old and lacks the speed or durabilty feats.
