1. Sasori- took down an entire country with his 100 puppets, immune to genjutsu, can lose limbs without dying, has abilities of his puppets including iron sand, has several poisons (assuming teams aren't coming in with antidotes like Sakura did)
2. Tsunade- healer, saved 5 kage when they were all severely injured, has chakra seal, Senju DNA, regenerative abilities
3. Kakashi- kamui, 1000 jutsu (even though we haven't seen many of them),
4. Shikamaru- battle strategies, shadow jutsu
5. Naruto- plot no jutsu, he basically can't die

Awesome i should have thought of sasori he is badass and yeah 1 scratch, no antidote and your screwed, tsunade is second best to hashirama in healing so no question, kakashi that is a good pick and battle strategies shikamaru has the best and well naruto provides an army. Great thinking

It's a good team IMO

I agree any team with jiraiya is, sage mode jiraiya with the sound genjutsu. Tsunade the healer, naruto the army, gai with his taijutsu and kakashi with his kamui. The only weakness in the team is speed or any teleportation apart from that its great.

How useful would that be in a team??? Are you retarded? He beat Nagato without any difficulty because Naruto and Bee distracted him.

Do you happen to remember part 1 itachi and kisame vs kakshi, asuma and kurenai when he used his genjutsu i forget how to spell it. He was so drained of stamina/chakra that he ran and yeah he didnt want to fight but if he uses his MS like twice he is out of or almost out of chakra. When he fought nagato it was 3 on 1 if it was 1 on 3 how useful would he be with his stamina and chakra low?

Sasuke. Intelligent, agile, strong and with Susano'o an almost impenetrable force. He has lightning jutsu which can paralyse opponents, Chidori Stream. Pierce opponents, Chidori, Chidori Spear. And alter their chakra flow, Chidori Senbon (Shippuden Movie 2). Fire Jutsu for devastating attacks. And Amaterasu for the finale.

Naruto. Unstoppable force to be reckoned with, and in BM mode, he becomes almost impossible to see. Shadow Clones for recon, although that would fail since he is a stubborn loud mouth, Rasengan and its variants for obliterating attacks and Sage Mode for close range skirmishes.

Minato. Uses kunai and special formula to confuse and stealth kill enemies and recon. Has Rasengan for a quick blitz. Also very intelligent with Barriers o deflect even the largest and most devastating attacks.

Itachi. Great strategist, with diverse and unique genjutsu to disorient and remove enemies from battles in an instant. Has Susano'o for crushing blows and Amaterasu for instant K.O's.

Kakashi. He is Kakashi. Enough said.

Sasuke is great in any team and i really should have restricted naruto. I completely forgot about bijuu mode naruto. I was thinking of base mode naruto which isnt that good but has numbers. Add minato kakashi and itachi and its win win

So does anyone else think that a team of one character is the best e.g. madara or hashirama? As that would make the team predictable i think multiple characters and different abilities trump raw power though the manga disproves that theory. Surely if anyone 5 obiotos would be the best right?

Due to some of the posts im not sure i thought of the best team as a team of sasori, shikamaru, tsunade, minato and kakashi would be extremely formidable

Gaara: The defence, we already saw that he can protect all his team with his sand

Zabuza: The mist will be very usefull for the team to sneak to the opponent

Kiba: Good nose, usefull in the mist and his SERBERUS mode is the atack with RAW power of the team
