Suggestion: Seven Swordsmen of NB

lol well I just think this could be intergrated as another group in the new missions system like we were discussing in the groupthis could be another group
right =/
On a side note:
I was thinking that if swords were to be created, they should be build once (by a group of people who want to work on it) and pass down from swordsmen to swordsmen.
By building all the swords in a group, we would ensure that they are pretty much all equal in power and distributed to the best swordsmen for this sword.
It would be way more realistic (concerning the manga) and fair for everyone, as not everybody is creative when coming to custom and in this case: sword. The same sword would be used forever (or till the system fail

and we make it accessible to everyone (Rei's quote).
What I propose:
We hold a tryout, were everyone is allowed and were no ninjutsu/genjutsu is allowed. Only taijutsu (no custom) and raw skills with a normal sword.
In other word, there would be no rank for this fight, but only skills.
After the fights are done, a group that would have been selected before would analyse the fight and select the 7 swordsmen of NB.
Furthermore, during the time the battles are hold, another special group (or the same judging) would build the swords (description,power,image
All this would be incorporated in the new system coming.
Comments? Oppinion? Ideas?
Just to summarize everything, this is what we are proposing.
The Seven Swordsmen of NB
Well as we know; we have been creating systems after systems and restrictions to make this a exciting and naruto like world. such projects as Missions, making custom elements, rankings, sensei and student rules as will as sensei exams, and med school. There really isn't anything left to do but start a project on recruiting seven swordsmen. The recruiting would compose of a test base on swordsmen ship,identifying parts of a sword,etc. Than hold a practice battle between another applying person and than with a current swordsmen. Much like the sensei exam or we can figure out another way of picking the swordsmen. Once all 7 has been chosen, there will of course been frequent tests if failed a spot will become opening for a worthy person. Once you loose the title you only have two more times to apply for the spot and than one more time to maintain the spot but only if you was a swordsmen and lost your title. Another way of losing it is the frequent battles they most have.They would have 1 battle for spot every two weeks or every month (you all choosing). You must apply for a chance to fight. The third way is though student and sensei training. The Swordsmen is require to have at least one student. That student can not apply to become a swordsmen; only the sensei can recommend the student which will than be put through the test and than have a battle against their sensei. The last way is giving the title up to someone.
Requirements
Any rank from genin and up
Have at least 5 real training session with someone (to get the feel of things)
Sannins and Kages can't be swordsmen
Swords
to keep it from being op the advisers will be creating 7 swords that are approval and doesn't favor one person that will be past down as each swordsmen loses their title. Each sword must have one fair ability and that will be check with any adviser plus one mod, and each sword shall have a name to up the pwn-ness. They would be assigned to those who fit the sword the best
Sensei and student matching
The student will be match with a sensei depending on the way they battle, if they won or lost, and style of fighting with a sword and the style they want to learn. If a student wants to just freestyle with a sword than they will be match with a sensei that is well known and good at doing that. Same goes for every style.
Inactivity
If a swordsmen disappears from the site for more than a month they lose their spot no matter what the reason. They can either lose it to their student, so when they come back they may have it back if the students let them; if not they must battle for the sword. Than they can lose it to a random qualified person and there is no chance of getting it back
Advisers
The advisers shall not be the mods/smods unless chosen to be. The smods have alot of things to do, especially with the other systems. Besides this doesn't require the smods to do anything. But i am sure they have to approve anyway. But once again they aren't in charge with the recruiting and such since anyone can do that. The current advisers would be

Those would replace nexus, bibi, and rei
and to be fair the advisers aren't automatically swordsmen, they must go though the process as well and no one has to report to each other unless it is important (of course people would report to the advisers, but advisers don't have to report to each other) But we are allow to participate in the tournament that will be held to choose swordsmen. While one adviser has a battle the other three will judge and so on and so on. Advisers get to pick what sword they want. (we have to get some special treatment just like ya smods do)

I just noticed somthing with the rules. How can it be Genin and up if they have to be a member for at least six months?
I have to sort of agree with Akira. Trust shouldn't be an issue with the senseis. We know how to keep things fair especially when it comes to battle.
Especially since we have Grimm to help as well.
I kept the Bleach System in check and fair for everyone the whole time Zanji wasn't around (which was like all the time, lol)
