Sasuke never agreed to be on his side. He said it only a billion times that he has his own plans and nobody tells him what to do. How can he be a traitor if he was never on Obito side to begin with?
Because obito thought they were boys
Judas = traitor, it's the same thing. It's a bad translation. On *********** it's translated as...
"We just need to seal Madara and handle the Juubi, and the War is over"
"Are you sure that's enough to end the war, my fellow Judas?"

Hahahaha cheers, I'm here too. <3You're all thinking to logically in a series by Kishimoto. I have a quote from someone from the base known as Kirin Rei who is a good translator.
"Obito, calls them 裏切り者の仲間たちめ… (Uragirimono no nakamatachi-me…) which translates to ''Friends of the traitor.'' The ''-me'' at the end, again, is a deragotary honorific when used for anyone other than yourself. ''Friends'' is definitely plural.
I beileve he's referring to Kakashi as a ''traitor''. I mean, Kakashi seems to be the best candidate for it after causing the death of Rin and actually impaling Obito. If he wasn't adressing Sasuke at that moment I would have thought he meant him, but that doesn't seem possible."
I too think this. I mean it makes sense for Sasuke to be called a traitor since he is helping to bring down a fellow UCHIHA BUT Kakashi is also a big traitor in Obito's eyes for not saving Rin when he promised he would.
