Rag, there won't be army for each sage (eastern western) but only for the element itself. For example, in the water army, grimm and me are the leader.

So even tough there still isn't 2 wind sage, the army ur building is for the 2 of u.

Sorry, but you've only been here a few weeks, and you're just a Genin.

To be a sage you need to be like Kage rank, and you should probably have been on NB for almost a year.
