However, Orochimaru was absorbed and supressed by Sasuke. He was using Orochimarus techniques becuase he could, just like Naruto is using Kuramas power now.

Naruto is the one using the power. However, when Orochimaru comes from Sasuke.. Sasuke doesn't use the power.. he has no control over it.

Untrue, kakashi was elected for hokage, Gai is his equal. Therefore they are both kage level shinobi.

Hebi Sasuke can beat Tsunade, Mei, Tobirama and Hiruzen by feats alone, and arguably the 2nd Mizukage.

Hebi Sasuke managed to defeat Deidara, easily a Kage level opponent.

I don't see how he can just be labeled as a high level Jonin.

No Asuma, Darui, Shizune, Kurenai, Temari, Neji, Kakashi, Kankuro and Gai are all called jounin. Not all of the aforementioned are on the same level.
