3.may be gamabunta is recovering damage taken from pain arc.
4.may be it takes time to synch or he has kcm so he don't need sm.
5.may be it require more chakra which he don't have and constant focusing which he cannot do while juubi clones swarming tne place.

I think sasuke is too arrogant to consider the help of the SA, he told naruto to stay out of his way even though he was the one who helped him burn down the juubi. I think sasuke is gonna try to go solo on this because he wants to burn down the juubi himself for some messed up reason.

2why use izanami if itachi kills kabuto all act free on their on will so they are good one's and bad one's

3i can't answer you for this when is the pain invasion and with gamabunta there are two other toads who suffered almost same damage as him but naruto summoned one of them to beat zetsu clones
