I think sasuke is too arrogant to consider the help of the SA, he told naruto to stay out of his way even though he was the one who helped him burn down the juubi. I think sasuke is gonna try to go solo on this because he wants to burn down the juubi himself for some messed up reason.

No he can not just think if Orochimaru could not with strain Hashirama with Hashirama's cells infused within him in his body from zetsu then kabuto has no chance in any universe lol!

No not necessarily, not at all the tailsmen in their heads' binds them to the will or the command of the faster of the jutsu since kabuto will is to kill all enemies they would follow the will even after their death because they are binded to his will. Just think the will of fire presumably started by Hashirama lived on well after he died. The same goes for the casters will with impure world ressureraction.
if it's right then itachi killing kabuto would leave all the edo's under their free will this can be a hell of advantage to shinobi alliance like they have 4 kages,nagato,all jinchuriki's would be not useful for obito to fight naruto and bee

Well it kinda of defeats the purpose naruto is a master sage he can go into perfect sage mode with out the help of ma and pa. Plus he can always reverse summon a clone to mount myobuki so they can build natural energy then he can release the clone and acquire their natural energy. Thus he has no need for ma and pa who could help him store natural energy while in battle. Also they can not fuse with him because even though he is friends with kurama the nine tails is still an immense source of power the only person who can balance that power is Naruto BecUse he has been it's jinchuriki
5)if sasuke wants to really kill jyuubi why just not use amaterasu on more locations of body instead of only part which can be deattached
Good question he probably doesn't do this because Amaterasu has to be aimed at a point on an object notice even when shot as an arrow it is still aimed at a point and when he casts it from his eye he is essentially looking at a point on the object or aiming it to cast the jutsu. Simply he does not have the scope to cast it on such an immense scale also we have seen the juubi separate into multiple small clones it is just a mass of pure energy so it can surely in a sense shed of burning skin in a sense.
