Why didnt Sasuke copy ninjutsu during actual battles?

He copied one of the participant's writing during the 1st part of the Chunnin Exams with his Sharingan. Why didnt he use it more subsequently? It is a waste that Kishi didnt really show this feat for Uchiha more.

Oh, wait. He copied Rock Lee's Taijutsu.

Think about the enemies he has fought recently.

Orochimaru, he took over his being, lost it when Itachi sealed his Cursed Mark.

Deidara. Used techniques that are unique to him, can't copy a technique that has more requirements than to learn it.

Itachi. Fireball, he already knew. Shuriken Shadow Clone, he already knew. Tsukuyomi, can't copy a MS technique.

4 Kage use techniques that can't be learned as they require mastery with different elements.

Danzo only used Izanagi, Sasuke ain't got time for that. He won't sacrifice his eye for a minute of invincibility.

See? Nothing to copy recently... Which is a shame...

If Sasuke was a bit faster he could have copied the Earth Style Walls, but alas, no one is faster than Minato when he uses his S/T Ninjutsu...

Lets be real, Sasuke likely got a lot of his kenjutsu skills from Orochimaru. Perhaps the sharingan was useful in that area.

Most of his opponents are unique and cannot be copied.Kakashi has around 17 years of sharingan experience behind him plus he's encountered all sorts of ninja's during his Jonin/Anbu days.

Mr Yagami (looovvvee DN) it has been stated several times throughout the manga in particularly the beginning of the series. Also, Hatake Kakashi is known as the "Copy-Cat Shinobi" due to his sharingan capabilities!

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques.
