The sharingan cannot copy a kekei genkai , why would sasuke need to copy anyone elses ninjutsu?

hes a proud uchiha who uses the strongest ninjutsu(Apart from rasengan which is the strongest)

he uses raikiri and fire jutsu (madara also uses fire jutsu so im pretty sure we can say its a good choice)

he copied lees speed when he was a kid? im pretty sure hes capable of copying alot of things

sharingan cant copy ninjutsu! it can only follow fast movements

Kakashi used it to mimic Zabuza's movement in the Land of Waves arc, were they both used the water dragon jutsu.

Sasuke also used it to help him learn Chidori at a much faster rate, along with the required movements for some of Lee's taijutsu. While it can copy fast movements, it can also copy slow movements and mimic the subtlest of moves, as seen when Saskue used it in the Chuunin written exam and Kakashi when he was mimicking Zabuza.

He was much too arrogant to do so. He only copied techniques he though could increase his own strength and apparently only rock lees was able to do so
