Obito will most likely be the final villain.....most likely, it's been foreshadowed by the Great toad sage. Naruto has NO beef with Madara, only with obito. Sasuke will probably deal with Madara. Naruto & Obito are opposites and are very similar, Madara has nothing in common with Naruto aside from his hair when he was younger.

The way I see it:

Obito = Final villain for Naruto

Madara = Final villain for Sasuke.

That's ridiculous, they have already been fighting Obito for a while, and Obito is injured, it would be absurd to have a guy that's already wounded as the final villain.

Obito is obviously finished, even he was horrified by the rods coming out of his body.

And Sasuke soloing Madara, once again ridiculous, Sasuke doesn't have any sealing jutsu or anything that could hurt Madara anyway.
