Obito will most likely be the final villain.....most likely, it's been foreshadowed by the Great toad sage. Naruto has NO beef with Madara, only with obito. Sasuke will probably deal with Madara. Naruto & Obito are opposites and are very similar, Madara has nothing in common with Naruto aside from his hair when he was younger.

The way I see it:

Obito = Final villain for Naruto

Madara = Final villain for Sasuke.

Madara is know for being one of the strongest ninja EVER and the strongest uchiha to ever be born and unlocked the rinnegan (obito didn't even with the right dna) When he found obito he was still a chump compared to his teammate kakashi.Obito is never noted for exceptional chakra reserves either it was senju dna that gave him his psychical energy boost.Madara taught him everything he knew.

He has meteors for days and perfect suusanoo obito can't stop either one.
