If Madara becomes mortal, and he can seal juubi, does this mean current madara is on par with so6p who didn't have juubi inside the body ?

so6p already had juubi inside him before creating the moon.

naruto got a lot of chakra from kyuubi even before he made friend with it.

Edit: so6p probably stole juubi chakra like naruto stole kyuubi chakra to get kyuubi chakra mode.

Jiraiya explained the concept of having both the Bijuu's chakra and still his own.

Yes Naruto did receive a substantial increase in stamina and chakra from Kurama, but at the same time Naruto still had his own chakra and power he could rely on. U_U Being a Jinchuuriki doesn't mean all feats are credited to the Bijuu.

And lets not forget that Naruto is an Uzumaki, so his chakra levels are naturally strong.

Look at it this way, if you want to divide a subject into nine evenly balanced proportions, why would you use some of the original subject in the process of dividing it? Which could ultimately upset the initial outcome.

That's the way I see it man.

But the chakra Naruto stole was for a purpose, meaning once that purpose was accomplished the chakra probably would have been used it. Kurama has his full power yes because he and Naruto are in sync now, so Kurama is no longer feeding off of Naruto's chakra either, which is why Naruto should have better chakra control now.

1. i didn't ask about chakra control.
2. i mean that so6p probably stole the chakra long time ago (not when he divided juubi into 9 part) and that chakra become his own chakra.
bijuus can regenerate its chakra, right ?
