Shinigami: Welcome, my clan to the first gathering of the Blue Eyed clan since the last Observer War. I am honored to have you all as my guest. Tonight we shall be celebrating a rather momentous occasion. We have discovered a way to have our clan live in peace for all eternity. However, that shall be saved for later in the evening. At this time I would like to announce my engagement to Aiko Hinamori *points to her as everyone in the clan is staring at deeply at her with piercing blue eyes* She now wears the heart of our clan and will be respected as a member of it. This goes along with her brother who is also an outsider who joins us. They are the last of their clan so we are their family. With that being said I would like you all to enjoy your feast and please feel free to approach the council. *the council takes their seat and everyone begins to talk amongst themselves and eat*

Riko: Well spoken Shinigami, but you shouldn't beat around the bush with them. *takes a seat*
Klaus: She is right you know *looks at shinigami while sitting* Waiting to tell them will only build suspense. Better to get it over with.
Kiro: *sits down and starts eating immediately* Just sit down and eat your food.
