Obito had jsut soloed kakshi,gai,killer bee, and naruto and controlled 7 taile beasts and the juubi therefore his chakra was super low, and just before the two entered the kumui dimnesion kakashi was replenished by kuramas chakra therefore giving him a huge advantage, Obito was robbed and trolled simple as. This is a joke, I've highlighted the most outrageous comments I've seen on the base in a while, and that includes comments about Sasuke soloing the juubi. First, Kakashi and Gai can counter all of Pein's abilities? Kakashi has no counter for animal summons, all of Tendo pain's moves, Preta path chakra absorption, and Naraka Path's king of hell.

Second, Kakashi was easily defeated by Itachi, had no chance against 2 paths of pain, let alone 6, Kakuzu proved to be too much for him, and he was barely able to keep up with Hidan. And those are just a few members, Hidan being arguably the weakest one! Get your facts straight, bro.

Your half correct i aggre that gai & Kakshi would have ahd no chance agaist chibaku tensei or shinrei tensei etc. But KaKuzu did not prove to much for him at all kakshi still had his MS sharigan as a last resort and he was about ot until naruto showed up! A lot of people are saying that Obito got "trolled"? First of all, it seems a lot of people have forgot what the word "trolled" even means. This is Kishimoto's manga, not our manga. If he stated that Temari was stronger than Madara tomorrow, that's his choice, and he could make it believable if he wanted to.

If you give people a certain impression, then with no hint of anything else just pull the rug under their feet, you have trolled them. Sufficient explanation makes good storytelling and general plausibility. It's okay if he makes Temari stronger than Madara tomorrow. It's okay if he makes Kakashi stronger than Obito, but he has to provide sufficient explanation how and eliminate the counter-possibilities. None of that was accounted for; no explaining away of why Obito couldn't use Hashirama's abilities, his rinnegan powers, Izanagi, his genjutsu powers, which were indicated to be superior to Kakashi's by Obito's feats of controlling the perfect Jinchuriki Yagura and the Kyuubi, as well as the Uchiha's constant claims that the sharingan is more powerful and potent in the possession of a true Uchiha. None of these counters were explained away, eliminated or addressed, which is what makes what happened implausible and trolling.

Your explanation about Kakashi + Gai and Pain's Rinnegan abilities are absolute drivel. First of all, I don't recall any such thing; where's the scan/manga evidence. Secondly, if I do take your word for it that it was stated in that chapter that Kakashi and Gai can counter all of Pain's abilities - and I am taking your word for it, what you've said claims that it was stated that Kakashi and Gai can counter... This was Kakashi by himself.

A further implausibility develops itself when we go through a list of Pain's abilities and start to try to explain how Kakashi could have dealt with some of Pain's more powerful abilities; such as Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei, which even a combined unit of KM Naruto, KillerBee and Itachi Uchiha struggled to deal with. Thereafter, if it was conceded that Kakashi could deal with these things, it would have been actually validated if Kakashi had actually fought against these abilities when fighting Obito to actually prove that Kakashi could have countered the abilities in this battle.

Had Kakashi not stopped at that moment, he would have decapitated Obito right then and there, and then everyone would have been raging that Obito was "blindsided" or something else. With no time to react, and his best defensive jutsu useless at the moment (Kamui), Obito would have been done for.

Also, this isn't even considering that Obito admitted to almost being defeated many times by Kakashi in that fight (albeit with Naruto's help).

Without summoning, third parties, Zetsu, or Kamui to protect himself, he's nothing more than a wiser version of his old self, and thats why Kakashi won.
