What about the fireball he used in conjunction with Madara? I don't recall what chapter he used it in but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. That could have come in handy when it comes to overwhelming Kakashi as its range is on par with Madara's.

where was it stated that obito was depleted of chakra? i see this excuse used too many times to justify a character losing. you cant validate obito being depleted of chakra with a manga scan that implies so, so thats not the case and this has not been the case for any incident in the manga, ever.

madaras black rods arent weak. madara took over obito, because madara is stronger than obito. its that simple.

XD I am not a obito fan nor I am give you a reason here but if thing logically Obito who was controlling 6 Bijuu's using Outer path of the Rinnegan wouldn't be able to dodge a Raikiri or absorb a raikiri with the Rinnegan ???? Plus if you notice the katon Obito used to attack kakashi was not half the size what he used to attack the alliance......

And do you honestly believe kakashi would be able to defeat Obito so easily with just Raikir ??
Madara is no doubt stronger than Obito but he is forcing him to use Rinne tensei just using his chakra which makes Obito like a fodder and Obito is not a fodder at all
