HE's not inheriting Obito's body. He's sacrificing Obito to get his own body back from Rinne Tensei. Madara won't get Kamui unless he steals Obito's eye from the corpse.

False. Konoha didn't inherit Nagato's body. He only used lifeforce and his last remaining chakra.

No, Madara doesn't inherit his body. Obito is being forced to use the same technique that Nagato used to revive the people he killed during Pein's Invasion. The Rinne Tensei only revives Madara's body. Not transfer his soul to Obito's
