Rinne tensei doesnt let the revived person to inherrit the body of the user lol, it just exchanges the lifeless body into a living body.

simply put: madara will be non-edo, as in living beeing, and obito will die. So madara will not be able to get kamui.

Although madara still will be OP, but he will not have unlimited chakra and CAN be damaged and get severe injuries if hit.

Sealing him is a hard time, but as a living beeing he can be easily damaged compared to his edo form.

And as a side-note: i do not think he will use that meteor attack again, because he will injure himself very badly if he does.

Madara will be going back into his ORIGINAL body. It doesn't matter the state of the deceased body, now his soul is back to it prime he will be revived in his body, back into his young self.. In his prime... Original body. Like all the others that get revived he too will be revived. It not an edo tensei where your soul gets reanimated into a living sacrifice.
