Today, Obito's side turned black after a jutsu by Madara. Remember when this happened again? Yeah, Black Zetsu. And what was that black thing? Madara's will.
Yeah it's pretty simple judging from what we see now. Madara, back when he "helped" Obito by installing a "Hashirama body" as his right side, he didn't actually do him a favor at all.
Instead, he apparently used his "will transfer" thingy too, same as he did with Zetsu and did the same thing on Obito too.
Basically, that's why he was never in doubt that Obito would be loyal to him. He was "poisoned" all the way from the very start.

Black Zetsu always being around Obito is a further sign of this being possible to be true.

Hmm I am not convinced it is just that. Many Madara's rinnegan all over the place. It's like he released a seal or something today that was inside Obito's right side.

I have my doubts about loyalty in there... I think Madara just wanted a backup plan in case of Nagato betraying him.

Well if Obito was "half-Madara" all way long, Madara would be right in having no doubts about Obito's long-term loyalty.

The zetsu/body control makes more sense for me. It looked like a seal has been activated, beginning from his zetsu repaired side. The rinnegan has passed down many hands and only recently Obito took it. The zetsu body on the other hand has been part of Obito from the beginning (remember how sure Madara was even back in the cage that Obito will turn back and follow his plans).

Yep, let's hope this comes true because I don't want Tobi to be ruined. If it is true Tobi would be basically Madara, not just pretending.
That would make Madara twice the badass he is right now.
