Can Tsunade handle Tsukuyomi?

We have seen her tank so much attacks and still survive. She took a sword through her chest by Orochimaru. She could still continue fighting even after getting impaled through her abdomen with two Susanoo blades. Even after being cut in half, she was still able to survive the ordeal with Madara and maintain consciousness, summon Katsuyu, and survived long enough to heal the other Kage before being healed herself.
So can she survive a Tsukuyomi?

No. Tsukuyomi can also damage you via emotional pain. She was so emotional after the deaths of dan and nawaki that she quit being a medical ninja. Tsukuyomi will kill or incapacitate her by forcing her to view their deaths over and over for days at a time.

Lol no. Tsukuyomi is a technique that breaks the person psyche and spirit. Tsunade is a physical attack tank, not a mental one. Though she's incredibly strong-willed, Tsukuyomi would weaken her immensely and leave her open for a finishing blow.

I dont think she can, but she had the potential too. Im thinking with this yin seal and all Maybe Sakura can, because she has this affinty for genjutsu and she is sort of like a bella from twilight, via inner sakura.

I agree. If a mangekyo-sharingan user wanted to kill Tsunade with Tsukuyomi, he could do that.

Healing another person is one thing. Healing yourself is a completely different story especially when dealing with Tsukuyomi. If Tsunade is caught in it, I doubt the user would allow her to use her medical jutsu on herself while in the genjutsu. Sakura might be able to heal her from it, other than that...

...Maybe if Byakugou is active, then she might be able to heal from it....maybe...
