He has a more powerful Sage Mode and they're equal in chakra, so if they were to ever clash, he would win.
Then, Naruto has no defense to flower world. And his 1000 Hand Summon is on a whole nother league than Naruto.
Hashirama vs Naruto isn't a stomp like people believe i'm pretty sure a few rasenshuriken can cut down that buddha.

The perfect Susanoo can slice a mountain range and was yet inferior to the Shinsuusenju. A Bijuudama-swordblade barrage didn't manage to destroy the Shinsuusenju as well. Plus, Hashirama has a big advantage with the Mokutons ability to suppress (Bijuu)chakra. Hashirama is probably the most versatile Ninja thus far (except of Edo Madara who has all powers) with powers on a massive scale and is endowed with a good deal of intelligence, knowledge ind wisdom.
Naruto can't win.
That may be true... Maybe. The only Uzumaki we've ever seen besides Naruto is Karin, and her chakra bank isn't very impressive. So I'd say Naruto would be the same without Kurama, but he boost up his levels to Hashis level.Naruto's got a lot more chakra considering the kyuubi. Flower world is easily escaped/destroyed and 1k hands can be destroyed.

And it's not too far fetched to assume Hashi had Bijuu-level chakra banks, he did have them under control anyway.
And only for flying Shinobi or Minato is Flower World escapable. Oonoki can fly above the ground, while Minato can just flash out of it. But Naruto has neither flying nor Flash abilities, so I doubt he can. And he doesn't have a ray attack like Oonoki to clear the room. Besides, with no knowledge of Flower World and its effects, he has no way of knowing the danger and wouldn't consider it a threat until its too late.
And there is absolutely NO WAY Naruto is getting through 1K hands. It took Madara 10+ Bijuu-Dama Shirukens to cut most of them off. And he still even had to tank some damage. Naruto can't send out that much at once, the 1K attacks at a rate too quickly for him to respond.

Madara used this TBB-swordblade barrage parallel with Shinsuusenju's Chojo Kebutsu, yet, the Kyuubi, who wore Susanoo as an armor was demolished and put asleep after the the Susanoo armor was destroyed. Even if Naruto manages to destroy the rest of the Shinsuusenju's hands while leaving the main body intact, Naruto will not escape Hashirama's attack. Each of the 1K hands would prove enough power to bust a mountain once using a powerful blow; the magnitude of thousands of those hands pummeling him would not allow Naruto to dodge and wreck him if not leaving seriously damaged. After his, the Shinsuusenju could pick the badly struck Naruto - whether in his Bijuu-Cloak or not - up and suppress the rest of his Chakra before giving him the fatal blow. Being precisely, the Chou Oodama Rasenshuriken had the size of the boss summon and not three times of it, and considering that a normal Bijuudama of the Hachibi exceeds its size dozens of times after exploding [You must be registered for see links] ans the Shinsuusenju took a barrage of them from the strongest Bijuu, I see no danger for the Buddha from that Rasenshuriken. If Hashirama is able to use up to 5 gates to block a Bijuudama-swordblade or can simply catch a Bijuudama and turn it back before it explodes, don't you think Hashirama would have his chances to turn that less effective technique back? Chojo Kebutsu would prove itself so powerful that techniques like the Chou Rasenshuriken could simply be destroyed right away before reaching the Buddhas body. Plus, in canon, Naruto can use only on of these large Rasenshurikens at the same time and the preparation won't allow to perform huge Bijuudama's which would prove way more effectiveness than this technique.
