In a one vs one if itachi just decides he wants your fav character to bend over and take it like a woman he can use kotoamatsukami or iazanami or tsyukuyomi

Not to mention susanoo and amaterasu not that he would even need to use any of those since he had sharingan and has probably hundreds of other jutsus

Did i mention his kenjutsu is the highest in the databook

So unless you know a character who can swim in amaterasu arm wrestle susanoo not.stand through tsykuyomi and deflect totsaka you might as consider kotoamatsukami the ultimate weapon
